exim has failed, solution.

Thank you for your e-mail. I ran /scripts/eximup --force to reinstall Exim and it appears to be up currently:
root@cpoffice [~]# netstat -lnp | grep :25
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:25 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 11047/exim
tcp 0 0 :::25 :::* LISTEN 11047/exim
root@cpoffice [~]# telnet localhost 25

Please confirm if the problem is still happening or not.
