Got conditional offer in MBA

I have got a conditional offer in MBA program, but letter shows that I have to submit GMAT scores along with re-taking TOEFL. My agent tells me that I can choose either re-take toefl or go for english class for 10 weeks. I am really very busy, so I decided to study 10 weeks english class. However, I was wondering should I need to submit GMAT scores. At first time when I was applying,school does not require applicant must with GMAT. I really do not have time to prepare GMAT. That is why I choose to study in U.K. instead of U.S.A. Sould I really need to take GMAT? Please give me some advices.
