【素食第8道】素食蔬食「白果繽紛豆腐」│ Gingko Nuts with Tofu

材料:
嫩豆腐、白果、熟青豆仁、紅甜椒、

調味料:
醬油、番茄醬、素沙茶醬、香菇粉、太白粉水

作法:
1.將豆腐切成塊狀,接著放入燒熱的炸油裡,用中火炸成金黃色即可撈出,滴乾油後排盤。
2.白果、青豆仁洗淨;甜椒洗淨,切小塊。
3.將上述材料用少許油拌炒一下,再加入醬油番茄醬、素沙茶醬、香菇粉,最後加入太白粉水勾芡,然後盛出淋在炸好的豆腐上即可。

酱油、西红柿酱、素沙茶酱、香菇粉、太白粉水

作法:
1.将豆腐切成块状,接着放入烧热的炸油里,用中火炸成 金黄色即可捞出,滴干油后排盘。
2.白果、青豆仁洗净;甜椒洗净,切小块。
3.将上述材料用少许油拌炒一下,再加入酱油西红柿酱、素沙茶酱、香菇粉,最后加入太白粉水勾芡,然后盛出淋在 炸好的豆腐
上即可。


Ingredients:
tender tofu, gingko nuts, cooked green peas, red

bell pepper.

Seasonings:
soy sauce, ketchup, vegetarian barbecue sauce and
shiitake mushroom powder, cornstarch solution.

Methods:
1. Cut tofu into small pieces. Deep-fry in smoking
oil over medium heat until golden and remove to
drain. Then arrange in serving plate.
2. Rinse gingko nuts and green peas well. Rinse
bell pepper well and cut into small pieces.
3. Stir-fry the above ingredients in wok with a
little oil added. Stir for a minute and season with
soy sauce, ketchup, vegetarian barbecue sauce and
shiitake mushroom powder to taste. Thicken with
cornstarch solution and drizzle over deep-fried
tofu. Serve.
