Many people go to america to study english, and most of them go to LA or New York, which isn't really good for them, i think. There are thousands or millions of chinese people in LA or New York; therefore, most of the taiwanese people are speaking chinese with their classmates in school. That's the reason why a lot of taiwanese people are still fobs, even though, they have been to US for years. That's why, i suggest you guys to go to different states which only have a few chinese people, such as Texas......
