AS YOU MAY KNOW, I AM IN THE SHIPPING BUSINESS FOR IMPORT/EXPORT CONTAINER

I HAVE THIS ANNOY CUSTOMER PLACE A ORDER AT LAST MINUTES AS FOR A CONTIANER FOR DELIVERY FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AT 0430PM. WHEN EVERYTHING IS SET UP, THE NEXT MORNING, WHILE MY TRIVER IS 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE LOADING WAREHOUSE, THE CUSTOMER CALLED IN AND SAY "I AM SORRY I GOT TO CANCEL THE ORDER"

I AM LIKE........WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT. YOU WERE EAGER TO ASK THE CONTIANER AND WOULD LIKE TO CALCEL IT WHEN THE CONTAINER IS 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM YOU!!

YOU BETTER BE KIDDING!!! WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER!!!

sigh... this is actually happening to me NOW

our office's system was like down from yesterday around 11am.. and it is STILL not up yet...

sounds great rite??

well.. not exactly..
as some of you may know.. i'm in the section for customer service (sorta job)
(you know.. the guy who answers your e-mail and/or phone when you have a problem)
and.. this means that.. since it is a wipe out of our system availbility *WITH* our log system.. there is NO FREAKIN way we can track and resolve any issue that is reported from yesterday 11am up until NOW!!!
and.. this means

there are tones of e-mails stuck in the pipe-line waiting for us to go through them and clear it..
guess who is the guy who have to do it

ah... this is the last thing i would ask for when the time is getting towards the weekend
and.. the funny thing is..
we source out our system process to IBM.. and..
they have NO CLUE whats going on..
they've been trying to fixed it for the last 24 hours without any progress

this is just great

oh man what a life you guys are having now...

i guess things going pretty smooth lately, except for one of my classes i am attending. well as you may know that i am still studying, one of this class is about runing a company online and we have to compete with each others in class. and one of the requirement for this class is to write a journal every week to express the feeling of this course. well personally i didn't quite like this unit i am taking.... cuz of my tutor....who has never stop making us feeling bad...

so i had put some thoughs in my journal about the tutor, but i think that guy has some issue, he takes my journals(and some other ppl's journals) too seriously which i think he was offened

,

so the story begin.... after receving student's jounals he started to make everyone feeling bad by give us emotional blackmail... eg he might come into class one day and start saying how he was wrongfully accused, and he will just shorten the class cuz everyone complianed in the journal saying he talks too much... and he'd come to our group or talk to one of us personally about the journal sometimes....sigh...what a teacher...

hey i am doing a undergraudte commerce degree, but maybe the class is similar....

you should have told me earlier, we are almost finished with our game...(this week is the final round)

oh my...

sounds like we ALL had some really tough times...

bruce.. that teacher of yours...
is unbelievable... he/she is like threatening you guys!
dude! sue him/her

he can't do that!! thats not right.. and do it in front of the entire class and trying to get even with you guys..
either he is really stubid.. or he is just really not thinking straight...
he can get into some really big problems!

lol.. but the funny thing is...
he only told the class to write a journal...
and there just happen that some of his students start writting something about this guy..
then.. this will only mean that this teacher def. has some problems..
otherwise.. won't be complained by all these students
