sigh... this is actually happening to me NOW
our office's system was like down from yesterday around 11am.. and it is STILL not up yet...
sounds great rite??
well.. not exactly..
as some of you may know.. i'm in the section for customer service (sorta job)
(you know.. the guy who answers your e-mail and/or phone when you have a problem)
and.. this means that.. since it is a wipe out of our system availbility *WITH* our log system.. there is NO FREAKIN way we can track and resolve any issue that is reported from yesterday 11am up until NOW!!!
and.. this means
there are tones of e-mails stuck in the pipe-line waiting for us to go through them and clear it..
guess who is the guy who have to do it
ah... this is the last thing i would ask for when the time is getting towards the weekend
and.. the funny thing is..
we source out our system process to IBM.. and..
they have NO CLUE whats going on..
they've been trying to fixed it for the last 24 hours without any progress
this is just great
